Pathways To Success is a unique new program designed to assist parents in achieving their secondary and post-secondary education.  Like the Fresno Bridge Academy, the goal of Pathways To Success is to provide resource alignment for the entire family through education and job readiness.  This approach aims to create the greatest potential for full self-reliance.


Pathways To Success is a complimentary program to the Fresno Bridge Academy in two ways:


  1. 1)For those parents that are unable to participate in the Fresno Bridge Academy due to education levels, language barriers, etc., Pathways To Success provides a method for this specific barrier removal.  Eliminating the education barrier affords the parents the opportunity to seek advanced skills training, and sets a solid example for the children in the home.


  1. 2)During initial enrollment, participants in Pathways To Success are asked to reveal their personal, professional, and educational goals as well as sign a commitment of attendance and participation. The Pathways To Success Case Manager then tailors the program plan to meet the needs and achieve the goals of the individual and family.  Pathways is currently a year long program, in which 50 participants will achieve or be on the pathway to achieving their goals.
