Having served as Vice-President of a Fortune 500 company and CEO of two California publicly traded corporations, Mr. Weber retired early to devote himself to public service. Since 2001, he has served as an advisor to every mayor of Fresno and on multiple non-profit boards. He co-chairs California Forward, a non-partisan, non-profit dedicated to improve public services for Californians. In 2010, he founded the Fresno Bridge Academy, which became the California Bridge Academies in 2017. Pete was born and raised in Peru and first came to the U.S. at age 17, where he attended Oakland High School for one year before studying engineering at U.C. Berkeley and business at the Stanford Business School.
