Our board of directors is a diverse group of experienced professionals from the public and private sectors. We depend heavily on their leadership and expertise in guiding Reading and Beyond in operating effectively and transparently. The Board of Directors governs through established policies and objectives; supports and reviews the CEO; ensures the availability of financial resources, approves annual budgets; and most importantly, ensures the agency is performing optimally on behalf of its clients and accomplishing its mission.
